September to May of each year

Morning Sessions

Monday to Thursday
9:15AM - 11:15AM

Afternoon Sessions

Monday to Thursday
1:15PM - 3:15PM

Preschool Fees

  • Non-refundable registration fee – $100.

  • Mandatory fundraising fee for chocolates to sell or keep – $90.

  • Volunteer Levy – A cheque filled out to The Children’s Centre for $200. This will NOT be cashed if you meet the requirement of ONE volunteer shift in the school year.

  • Bus Fees – $50 per month, due on the first of every month.

Please note Preschool registration remains open during the summer. However, Preschool staff are off during summer months. A response will be sent upon their return in late August.

The Children’s Centre Headstart Preschool Program provides an opportunity for children ages 3 to 5 years to get a “Headstart” before entering the school system.

Bus transportation is available for those requiring this service.

The program focuses on two key areas:

  • The development of cognitive and social skills. An emphasis is placed on the development of early literacy and language skills.

  • The nurturing of a strong sense of self-esteem within each child.
